  1. wareness and Prevention

July 2012: Cooperation with TEDATA company to support media coverage of PHASE activities through newspapers, online media, social media, radio and television coverage and organization of awareness public events.

  1. a) Public events:

P.H.A.S.E conducted multiple awareness seminars addressing the subject of psychological women empowerment through the screening its documentary film and hosting some influential figures in civic associations such: Dr. Aisha Rafei, Dr. Aisha Abol Nour, and Dr. Alaa Morsi, this was done in several events.

P.H.A.S.E has organized a charity gala dinner at Muhammad Ali Manial Palace on 16/12/2009, to introduce the organization activities and get some funding for administrative expenses.

A gala dinner at the Diplomatic Club on March 7, 2010 to introduce P.H.A.S.E activities, included dinner of businessmen and interested in working with civil activists and some funders, expected to cooperate with it in the near future.

Conference on the Psychological Aspects of Violence Against Women: Therapeutical and Preventive Approach Pakistani and Egyptian Experiences, presented by Pr. Unaiza Niaz, Psychiatry Professor Lahore University Pakistan, Head of Women Mental Health Section at the World Psychiatric Association with the participation of P.H.A.S.E Board members and International & Egyptian guests.

Awareness meetings in public spaces on psychological health and diverse psychiatric conditions.

First International Conference in Social Psychiatry in Egypt on 5-6 December 2012 (www.psychegypt.org/conference) , sponsored by: World Psychiatry Association (WPA), World Association for Social Psychiatry (WASP), Psychiatry Department Kasr el Eini Faculty of Medicine Cairo University, Agence Universitaire Fran├žaise, Institut Fran├žais en Egypte, TE Data, Servo Egypt with the participation of more than170 attendees from Egypt, U.K, U.S.A, France, Italy, Tunisia, Pakistan, Denmark, Morocco.

Counseling , Prevention & Treatment through Mashoura project and through our ongoing providing of mental health services

Empowerment and TOT to 15 treated women victims of violence.

  1. Training

First Psychological Help training.

15 days intensive training a total of 88 hours at the headquarters of P.H.A.S.E on the treatment of psychological and social violence, trauma, the training was conducted by a group of distinguished members of university staff, Egyptian French and Spanish.

Training and workshops for partners from other NGOs and national organizations, like: Rotary, Medecins Sans Frontieres, Banat El Ghad, Bara3em El Mansoureya, 3Allemni, Samu Social.

Survey on psychological aspects of violence in public schools in Cairo on a sample of 1000 pupils, in cooperation with Pr Amira Seif el Din, Alexandria University.

Psychiatric effects of domestic physical and psychological violence on a sample of 100 children and mothers.

AIDS detection in addicts.

Psychiatric profiling of street children.

Debriefing for emergency mental health teams.
